E-Government models (B2B, G2G, C2G). Internal E-Government systems. external e-Government systems. Design and development principles of e-government services. Public operations and ICT-based business process re-engineering. Technologies, standards and policies supporting interoperability on e-government services. Public e-procurement systems. E-Invoicing systems. Social media and e-government. E-participation and e-democracy systems. Adoption and success of e-government services and systems.
