Digital Applications and Innovation

The Postgraduate Program "Digital Applications and Innovation" of the Department of Informatics of the Ionian University aims to develop digital skills for the utilization of cutting-edge technologies (artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, robotics, big data analytics, collaborative applications, mobile applications, Internet of Things) and the innovation they provide in critical sectors of the Greek Economy (indicatively: e-entrepreneurship, public administration, business administration, civil protection, education, marketing).

The MPS in "Digital Applications and Innovation" offers knowledge and skills to graduates, whether they are graduates of Informatics or graduates of other fields, who are interested in acquiring digital skills for the utilization of cutting-edge technologies. With a duration of one (1) year, the program is conducted remotely during the afternoon hours, offering maximum flexibility to students. Completion of the program includes the preparation of an individual project (capstone project), through which students apply the methodological tools taught in a real professional environment of their choice.
